Living Wisdom

Ever had an old trusty motor mower or car? Wonder why it just kept on going and going? Either it was a Toyota, or you maintained it. Ever wonder why there are so many broken relationships, marriages, and minds in New Zealand? It's because we expect the ticker to keep on ticking without an oil change. Without cleaning up the old rusty bits. Without reading the maintenance manual.

'The Manual' is the closest thing I have found to a practical step-by-step maintenance manual for the mind. Knowledge is nice. Self-awareness is a start, but freedom comes with wisdom which by definition is applied knowledge. The School of Living Wisdom is the only course I have come across that provides both self awareness and the skills and tools to promote lasting personal growth.
